In conjunction with designing their North America Headquarter (4 WTC, 14 floors, +/-500,000 sf), this international company needed an upgrading to their Oceania Headquarters. This was a fast pace design-build project (five months from design to move in). Maintain continuity with the NYC design while incorporating a laid back Aussie vibe.

The space came fully built-out (ceiling and raised floor); the design evolved around these existing elements in order to reduce waste, maintain schedule and budget.​
